I have given my son and his girlfriend a 30 day notice to quit my property. Now he is threatening me. Do I have to wait 30 days?

My 37 year old son moved into my condo where my autistic daughter and my seriously ill husband and myself live. This was to be a temporary situation. Six months later not only is he still here but he has moved his girlfriend in as well. She has a key to my property. The police informed us they could not remove them because they now have rights as tenants. So I gave them a 30 day notice and will have to file eviction papers at the end of thirty days. My son is furious over the notice and now walks around slamming doors and refusing me access to my breaker box. (he lives in my storage closet). He has a long criminal record and so does his girlfriend. I feel uneasy with him here. Is there a faster way to get him out than eviction? He has been violent in the past with me and his dad.
