On 2 year probation and now facing a M1 theft charge. What will happen?

Your bigger concern right now is your violation of probation. If your probation is in Montgomery County, there is a good chance your probation officer will "violate" you, and send you to the Montco Correctional Facility pending your violation of probation hearing, which could take months to schedule. I would consult with a local attorney as soon as possible. ARD is unlikely for your new offense, as it is a program for first-time offenders, but no attorney can answer that without getting all the facts and circumstances of both cases.

I agree with Mr. Amuso. If you have otherwise been a good probationer, working, staying drug free, and showing up when you are supposed to, there is a chance you will not be violated. Otherwise, jail is likely. Get a good lawyer in the county where you are on probation.
