Can my son travel on L2 and stay with my wife who is on H1.
I have travelled on L1, both my kid and wife have L2. My wife has H1 and my son has H4. My wife and kid would be travelling to US next month. Can my son travel on L2 and stay with my wife?

As long as any foreign national enters and admitted to the United States on a valid visa that is possible.

You have a complex arrangement and you benefit from two sets of employers and their experienced immigration attorneys to answer questions before you travel. I'm not sure of the existential question of which visa a child travels on if he has an L2 and an H4 stamped in his passport or whether he only has the latest status that he was given. Or whether it matters.
