I'm I liable to pay any buy out fee when i terminate my lease on my apartment? Other than 60 day notice, do i owe anything else

Under the buy out procedures in my contract, it states that i have to give 60 days notice, and then section f, it states i have to pay the buy out fee which states zero. Now under the special provisions part, it does state that a voluntary buy out requires 60 day notice, payment through the notice, and one months rent.The problem I see is that that provision only applies if the check box states "limited to".They checked mark the "not limited to" box which negates the provision. special provision - your right of buy-out (check one) ( ) is or (X) is not limited to a particular fact situation. If limited, buy-out may be exercised only if the following facts occur: A voluntary buy out requires 60 day notice, and one months rent. the box is check marked not limited to.
