I've re-tagged your question as a Divorce Question so more divorce lawyers will see it.
Keep in mind that it's only an "Agreement" if you truly agree. However, once you sign it, you're probably going to be stuck with it so don't sign something just because he is pressuring you to do so. Probably the "Agreement" is one-sided and doesn't benefit you.
Use the "find a lawyer" feature on . Search for attorneys who do divorce or family law. Make an appointment to go see a few of them. Be prepared to pay something for the consultation. The best lawyers tend to be the ones who don't give away their services. Meeting a few of the good ones will also disqualify those lawyers from taking your husband on as a client, so there is some value in paying for the consult, even if you don't end up hiring that lawyer.
Ask about payment terms. It depends on the lawyer and the facts of your case. It might be worth your while to see if family or friends will help front the money to get you out of this relationship. Chances are, they're tired of him, too. Other lawyers will take credit card payments to represent you. Be sure to ask around.
A good lawyer will put your husband in his place--legally speaking and protect you from this abusive nitwit.
Good luck.
