Can there be a federal indictment if there is no physical evidence just the original subject of the investigation saying
the subject of an investigation was pulled over with us in vehicle. she ended up having 7.4 gr meth on her and all physical evidence points is on her, after she was booked she said my husband was "middleman" he is just now going to court has been in jail since 5-13 (omaha nebraska) She is now under federal indictment but the public defender stated she needed to know just how much she implicated my husband in the federal case? how is that possible ? she had the drugs on her body, they did a control buy and all video and audio was her and my husband did not have any of the marked money. i dont see how this is happening and what can happen in regards to the federal thing?
