How much will I have to cost to get the engagement back from my ex?

Hi, I'm a male who was engaged for few months but for some reasons I had to call off the engagement, According to Philly state law my ex has to give me back the ring (I did some research on that) since it is a conditional gift was given to marry her but we didn't. Now she is making things harder and refused to give me back the ring, if I want to get it back by court, how much money it will cost me? Please remember that I don't want to go to court but she is forcing me to do so in order to get back my ring. Thank you
