I am currently in H-1B visa. I have startup idea. I would like to outsource my idea to india for execution. Can I create an LLC in arizona and outsource all the operations (development and sales) to a company in india. I will continue working for my current employer who sponsored my H-1B.

Nothing prevents you from opening a business in the United States and investing in it - but you cannot WORK in that business or do anything that generates income. If 100% of the work is performed in India and the company is in the U.S. for other purposes and you don't actually DO anything in the U.S. to earn income for the company then it could be ok - but it is a tricky situation and you have to be extremely careful not to work illegally.

Agreed with answer above. Even you may not consider you are working, it will be difficult to say that you are not at least running the business. And when the business make money, how will you report the income? You will be filing corporate and tax documents as well, so there will be paper trails. Tricky situation. Good luck.
