So back in January I came under investigation for child porn that apparently I had so they destroyed my barracks room, acted like a friend and persuaded me to tell them what I could remember. I am just a young soldier who didn't know. Plus the tactics cid used against me I believe were wrong. What can I do? They've had my stuff for almost a year now. I'm stationed in germany.

Be absolutely quite about this with ANYONE except an attorney in confidence. Is there a JAG on base? Contact their office and again, do not say anything to anyone else, (fellow soldiers, friends, etc.) about this.
You need a criminal defense lawyer - now. And if you can find someone, it needs to be someone who is familiar with the military and how their investigations work. The charges you are facing are really, really serious. I cannot stress to you enough how important it is that you hire experienced criminal defense counsel in order to protect yourself.
Soldier, you need to get off line and get into an attorney's office. Consider emailing an attorney with an office in San Diego County.
