What can I do? Or what needs to be done in a situation like this?

My aunt recently had state troopers knock down her door looking for her daughter and some stolen items (tv,guns, clothes, etc) and they found nothing. She went n spoke with them and had lied to officers that she had given my fiance and I the guns to sell which is a lie. She's a drug user. My fiance cannot even have a gun in hiss posession because he is a felon and will do 10 yrs flat if he did. She is trying to blame us and I have had state troopers and police come by my house and willingly I open my door and tell them they can search but twice they did not.

You cannot stop your Aunt from lying to law enforcement officers. If she is a drug user and is also peddling guns, she is a very dangerous person, which explains why DPS is searching her home. However, I always advise my clients not to allow police to search their home without a search warrant. Good luck!
