I bought a $3200 car with cash and did not give them proof of insurance till 3 days later. My policy started 2 days after I bought the car. Now I want to take it back!!

Your post is confusing. What is it that you want to take back, the car or the insurance? Your initial question does not fit with the rest of the information.

If you mean does not showing them insurance void the sale, no. There are a very limited number of situations where you can make them take it back. Contact www. naca.net to find a consumer attorney in your area who can discuss your options with you.

The insurance is irrelevant, but state laws vary with respect to consumer protection laws as far as being about to return it. has a great lawyer finder tool to locate an attorney nearby. Good luck.
