When will F2a become current in 2015, any possibilities? Can i visit my husband while I am waiting for my pd?

We got married in June 2014 (both of us are divorced and married again) I would like to be with my husband while waiting for my pd as we are worried about our age (32 and 37) and want to have a baby asap. Both of our previous marriage had a lot of problems and bad experiences (verbal/physical abuse, and a miscarriage). Now we both are happy with each other and want to start our life asap. My husband LPR filed I130 for me on march 19th 14, got my pd in April. As of now F2a catagory is moving very slowly (March 13 at present), we could not find any website to tell us how I can be with my husband while waiting for my green card in a legal way. Some said that we can try B2, but my husband is a very genuine person he says its not right and might lead to problems in future. Please help
Thank you

Your husband is right. Unless you can come in the interim on an H-1B visa for work, which allows for "dual intent" you should wait it out abroad. Things can only move faster once husband naturalizes or your current quota finally moves faster. Not before.
Your husband is correct. It can prove a waste of time and even result in a charge of misrepresentation, which can mess up your current petition. The only way to speed it up is if he can file for naturalization. His age may disqualify him from expediting his naturalization, because he seems too old to enlist in the U. S. Armed Forces. Good luck.
B2 is a bad idea because as discussed earlier, a lack of immigrant intent is required for a B2 and based on your statements here, you clearly have immigrant intent. A F2a category moves slowly because it is a different priority category. If you husband could naturalize that would move you out of the F2a category into the IR (immediate relative of US Citizen) priority category making a visa immediately available to you. Otherwise, you will need to wait until your priority date becomes current and then proceed with your adjustment of status application. I suggest hiring an attorney to help you with the process if you are unsure.
