What additional documentaion should I submit with the I 430 form for my parents? I am submitting my birth certificate, copy of my parents marriage certificate, and copy of my naturalization certificate. Is this all I need? Thank you in advance for your help!

You mean Form I-130. No, you do not, not with the I-130, but you DO need to submit that with the Form I-864 Affidavit of Support you also need to file on their behalf. The list of documentary evidence to be submitted for each type of I-130 petition are clearly listed on the Form's instructions. Read them.

There is not a form 430, but when your form 130 is approved then the Nvc will send you instruction and that will be required along with other documents at that time.

It's Form I-130. If your parents are in the U.S. with lawful status, then the next step is to file an I-485 adjustment of status. If your parents are outside of the U.S., once the I-130 is approved, then you will have to adjust status through consular processing. You do not need proof of income with an I-130. When you go through adjustment, then that is the time when you will need an I-824 affidavit of support demonstrating that you are able to support your parents and that they will not become "public charges," a ground of inadmissibility.
