Can I bring my siblings into the United States? Can I bring my parents? Both of my parents had visa's which expired about 2 years ago. One of my brothers also had a green card but it got expired. Right now I have a criminal record for bankruptcy fraud. Does it matter or not?

Your bankruptcy fraud conviction should not cause a problem for the immigration matter. You can take steps to help your parents and your siblings to become Permanent Residents of the United States. For your parents, the process will take approximately 1 year. Unfortunately, for your siblings, the process will take many years, perhaps 10 or more years. I suggest you consult with an immigration attorney to have the best chance of success and to avoid costly mistakes. Best wishes.

You can petition for the immigration of your parents and your siblings as well. You will need to file a separate I-130 for each individual. For the parents the processing time will be around 18 months. For the sibling about 14 years.

Your criminal record for fraudulent bankruptcy will not have any negative effect on your right as a US citizen to petition for your relatives to immigrate to the USA. You can petition each of your parents and it will take approximately a year (sometimes more) for each one of them to be able to come in on their immigrant visas. It will take approximately 14 years for each of your siblings' petitions to process and have an immigrant visa available, depending on their country of birth and nationality.

Yes: Parents relatively easy; Brothers and sisters take 10 -15 years, Single children, right away. In Immigration, the criminal records by the Beneficiary is the block, not the petitioner unless it is an adjudicated and conviction of immigration fraud. Good luck.
