Help obtaining drivers license

Hello, I live in Georgia and have been under 'Order of Supervision for about 8 years. I've been able to obtain my drivers license and was told I could not without a valid passport which I don't have. How do I go about getting a drivers license? Another question is, can I get my fingerprints done with my work authorization? I need fingerprints to register for my exams and was told I neede an ID.Thank you for your response.

Call DDS at 404-657-9300, and ask them what is required to get your license. This number goes to representatives with better information than the people at the front counter have.
