In G 325 form during 485 filing (from EB3 processing through my employer)?, Is it mandatory to put the spouse name? My spouse is not in USA and we are not together for 4 years. We are in the process of divorce.

if you are married, then yes, you need to include the spouse's name.

If you are married and have not obtained a divorce, you need to include your estranged wife's name in the FORM G-325.

You have to put the information about current spouse and prior spouses. If you are not divorced you are still considered married, even if you have not been living together.

If you are still married, then - yes. You are officially married until and unless there is a full judgement of divorce. (I have to say, in some instances, the questions specifically state that if separated, do not include).
