What happens when two Court orders seem to conflict?

In my case, there is an order from 2010 requiring me to have supervised visitation. That order is still in effect. That order requires me to be 100% responsible for the costs of supervised visitation. In 2013 an Order for Child support was entered. That order states that I am only 24% responsible for costs related to travel for parenting time over 100 miles. My ex now lives over 100 miles away. Supervisors cost more in my ex's new location to where I now travel. Am I now only responsible for 24% of the costs of supervised parenting time because of the increase as a result of traveling, or 100% of the costs? Which order applies? The newer or older, or do both still apply? Thanks!

You pay for 1/4 of your traveling time to the supervised parenting time... And you pay 100% of the cost for that. You can always consult a seasoned attorney and file a petition to modify if material circumstances have changed since that 2010 order... Good luck.

Both orders remain effect and must be followed until you go back to court and change the orders. It sounds as if circumstances have changed and it is time to modify the original orders. Contact an experienced attorney for a consultation to get a full assessment of your options and the best approach to resolve your issues. good Luck.
