she is has custody of my wife's daughter, she has influence over everyone in the courtroom, I feel i don't have a fair shot of getting out of jail b/c of it. she told all her fellow officers i was going to go to jail, and to give me extra security around me. can i get my court changed to a different courthouse in the same county
You need an attorney. I doubt this could be a conflict unless there is are a lot of facts unknown. YOU NEED counsel as the fact that you are obviously facing a criminal charge.
