Can I stop a protection order against my ex-boyfriend at anytime? We both want to try working things out.

We had a argument and he was on drugs. He got physical with me and hit me.

No, you cannot. It is up to the Court to vacate the Order after your next hearing in the case. If the Court is not convinced that you are now the safe, the Order would stay in place despite your request for the Court to vacate the Order.

It is a court order. It is up to the court to change it. You can certainly ask the court to dismiss it.
