Incorrect Departure information in I-94 travel history

8 views 3 answers
I entered San Francisco,US on 17th December 2014 from India on B1 visa and then departed to Atlanta on 6th January 2015. But my I-94 travel history shows that i have departed San Francisco on 31th December 2014. I can stay in US till 16th June 2015. Do i need to contact CBP or USCIS for correction or it will get corrected when i will actually depart to India?

If you did not leave the USA, why would there be any record of you departing anywhere? As long as you depart to India before the 16th of June you will have no issues.

If you are in the US, you could go to your nearest CBP international airport office and request a correction. For CBP locations try this link: http://www.cbp.gov/contact/ports

It is unclear why records would indicate you departed the United States when you did not. You should contact the local CBP office and have the record amended so that your travel history is accurately reflected.
