Duke energy bills

Hi everyone here is our issue me and my wife, we left the country for three months but our bills with duke energy still the same as we were here i mean the same payment amount and nothing less ( fridge and freezer left on and our son walks in to watch out for our dogs ) clearly the consummation is not as much as we were here , is it possible to report or sue them. if so what kind of lawyer do we need ? we will appreciate any help thank you

Before you consider suing them you should first call Duke and try to work it out. Maybe it was a mistake. If that doesn't work then you can seek other options.
