Can I transfer my Visa wth Soft copy of i-797 A ?

Hi, my employer has my original approved i - 797 A (approved in 2014 Cap) and I have a soft copy of it. Transfer is valid as per attorney as employer is not able to give job. My question is that can i initiate transfer with the soft copy or I need hard copy at any cost? or if we need hard copy is there any way I can get it from USCIS?

A copy of the FORM I-797 will suffice in filing the FORM I-129H. You need to direct your questions to your attorney who will know the proper procedure.

To initiate transfer petition, you do not need hard copy of the approval notice. You can file the petition using the soft copy as well.
