Can i sue this doctor for discrimination?

Im referred to this dr. Had blood pressure checked, don't understand why but a drug screening! Passed it. Have a nerve test done then back to my room. The dr. walks and does some strength test on my elbow and legs. He says ( I'm not writing you something to get high on! Do you shoot up? Do you have hepatitis because your tattoos look like they where done at your home!) I said ( I don't do drugs to get high on and no I don't shoot up and all my tattoos where done by professionals in a tattoo studio!) He would have known If I did drugs if he would look at the chart ,that i passed the drug screening! I said your a terrible dr! He stormed out and left and didn't come back! I waited for 30 mins. I finally went into the hallways and said HELLO?! The office manager said we judge tattooed people!
