In Need of a consumer protection attorney who specializes in banking issues on contingency basis in MI

How does this happen in the USA when we have all these banking protections? I had a home equity line of credit with JP MORGAN CHASE in my name only (meaning I was the only name on the home equity line/NO CO-SIGNER). I also had a joint checking / and savings account in the same bank. Chase willfully knowing converted $33,000.00 by illegal transactions by there acceptance of forged signature's allowing those withdrawals/transfers in to a joint account without my knowledge or consent. I believe it was known by a Chase employee because the transfer would have had to be approved by the employer. Chase accepted forged transfer and withdrawal signatures to deplete the account knowing this person was not identified as the owner of the home equity line of credit. Chase's position in this matter

It sounds like you have already determined that you need an attorney. 's terms of service prohibit attorneys from soliciting clients in their comments and answers to questions. Moreover, seeking out clients in this manner is not the way most attorneys work. I would suggest that you contact some attorneys in your area. You can either use or your local or state bar association to search for an attorney if you don't know of one who might be able to assist you. You may be expected to pay a retainer. Good Luck Diane

You probably need a Michigan attorney, because your claim (if it comes to that) will likely need to be brought in court. You will need copies of your signatures on the Chase documents and copies of the forged signatures. If they are very different, then you are in a better position. Do you know who it was who forged your signature?
