My partner will be sentenced this coming month. At this moment we do not know if he will be required to pay any restitutions, but if he does, can I pay his restitution? If so, how can I do that?

If he is on felony probation after serving his time, probation will usually monitor restitution. If it's a lump sum, you should be able to pay it on his behalf. Just get the info from your partner and go from there.

Pay restitution for your inmate? Are you the victim in a domestic violence case? If you are the victim, you can simply say you don't want any restitution. If you're not the victim, sure, you can give him any amount of money you want, and he can use it in any way he wants.. including paying restitution. Good luck.

Sure, they'll take anybody's money. Seems odd, but they'll take your money.

If he is on probation, then probation will take it. If not, and he has been sent to prison, contact his lawyer.

I'm sure there is a way you could pay their restitution. Probation dept normally monitor restitution after his sentence is completed. If you wanted to pay earlier, I would speak to his attorney for information.

The probation department usually handles restitution issues after their sentence has been completed. You could obtain restitution info from your partner or their attorney.
