I am worried that I won't get hired for future employment because I've been profiled at my current job?

I mistakenly left open my Facebook on a work device and I'm pretty sure my work monitor some of my conversations( Because it's written in a waver I SIGNED ). One with a friend, which I describe about how theres this man at work who's a compulsive master-bater and has been with sex workers before. Now because of this, people at work have come to assume that it's me, and now no woman at my job will stop and chat with me, some practically break their necks just to avoid me. Now I'm that guy at work who touches himself and pays for it. Now I'm afraid to apply for another job and get a bad reference from this place. Is there anything I can do or say to not get a bad referral from my current employer, or is there no point in even asking?

Of you want to clear it up, the only thing you can do is have an open and honest conversation with your employer about it. However, I'm not sure that even that will help, because the point isn't clearing up whether you were that guy or not. The point is that you were abusing the office's computer system. The bottom line is you should never ever do anything on your work computer that you don't want your employer to see.

your current employer is not permitted to give a bad reference. The worst they are permitted to do is confirm your dates of employment and your salary.
