When I checked in USCIS my visa is revoked last January 27, 2015.What does it mean. Can I still stay in US legally? Until when? If I find a new employer can they still file for a visa since my H1b is already revoked? Is there any grace period to find a job and stay in the US. What is the difference of H1b and I-94?what is my status now? What should I do next? Thank you. Can I still stay in the the US and until when? Thank you
If your visa was revoked , then CBP or DOS took action to take away your visa. If your status was revoked , then USCIS took action against you. If your employer dismissed you from your employment, then your status has ended. If that is the case , you must depart the U.S.
You had 20 days to leave the USA and you did not. Today we are on day 31!
You are one day over the unofficial grace period.
You have pushed the envelope. You are toast IF you do not leave by this Monday.

Regardless of the expiration date on your I-94 card, your status ended when your employment ended. The law does not provide any grace period for you to leave the U.S. or apply to change status. While the USCIS may exercise discretion in some cases, it is not a guarantee. At this point you are out-of-status and need to depart.
