I'm filling out the G-325a form and for employment, should I put the temporary agency as my employer or the name of the company I was assigned to? I've done a bit of work recently for one temporary agency at multiple companies. Should I put the name of the agency instead of the company and then just my position title?

Although there is not enough information here, you might mean putting the name of the company where you're assigned on the line of employer and then adding an addendum that explains the situation and also discloses the name of the temporary agency.
