Is information on my USCIS applications available to the public?

I own a company and we are submitting a form I-129 to sponsor an employee for a temporary work visa. However, I am hesitant to disclose too much proprietary information on the forms. Are these forms open to the public?

The FORM I-129H is not available to the public. However, the the Labor Condition Application (LCA) that accompanies a FORM I -129H must be retained in a public access file in your offices ( or in another location of your choice) and must be made available to a requesting member of the public.
