Can I get a vehicle back from my ex fiancée? I bought an SUV for our growing family.

I purchased the vehicle the title was open. My fiancé and I agreed we would close the title in both of our names the next day. She went ahead and closed the title under her name only without my permission while I was at work. Do I have a chance of getting it back

Yes, you have a chance. Unfortunately you will have to sue her in civil court regarding this matter.
