What is a second course(in estate lingo)? Creditors have been met. This is pertaining to a previous question about my attorney,
and why we have now an additional 90 day period that should have been taken care of the first 6 months.

Sounds like you need to publish notice to creditors. As to why this was not done earlier, you would have to discuss that with your attorney. Sometimes it is not necessary but without knowledge of the facts it would only be speculation.
