Can sue the school district due to bulling on the bus discrimination towards my son who is disabled and allowing a bus aide to hit my 8 yr on the chest and allowing a mother to get on the bus and yell in my sons face ..... ? No report was filed when I went to the school and spoke to the assistant principal and when I called the supervisor for the school district bus driver he told me that the kids are crazy and wouldn't you want to hit a kid too if you were mad
You have several issues at play. With regard to your son being hit by a school aide, that is definitely actionable, regardless of any disability that your son might have. As for the bullying, the school has a legal obligation to take the necessary steps to protect your son from bullying. One of the first questions is whether the district was aware of it. Have you ever reported it prior to this latest incident? Lastly, as you've indicated that your son is disabled, there should be an IEP, BIP, or 504 plan in place which, depending on the circumstances, might address transportation issues. I strongly suggest that you contact an attorney who has experience in dealing with this area of the law. Good luck!

The aide absolutely had no right to hit your child unless it was in self defense. Your statement about bullying is not really clear. You should call a civil litigation lawyer right away. The issue will be proving the battery on your child. You also can file a police report.
