You have a good question, but I believe the later CPS order in Nueces County trumps the Bee County order because of provisions that govern CPS actions and jurisdiction over CPS cases set forth in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. I believe the later child support order also controls and mother owes arrears as set in Nueces County. Someone should do some clean up in venue based on where child is residing now, but the 2003 order is not going to wipe out support but someone can always try to make law in 13th Appellate Court in Corpus Christi. Good luck.

Well what a pickle. Did not someone mention the bee county order in nueces when that occurred. Check that pleading to see if it mentioned the bee order. We need a lot more investigation before we can work our way out if this. Best you hire a lawyer. To teview all this. Start with one in nueces.
