It is not possible to answer your question without more details. If you were on unemployment and then returned to work and were injured on the job and now unable to work you need to speak with a workers compensation attorney immediately. If you were on unemployment and later received a workers compensation benefits causing you to be disqualified from unemployment you need to speak to an employment lawyer who includes unemployment compensation issues as part of his or her practice.

Additional information would be helpful.. were you terminated? Are you able to do the essential parts of your job? If you were fired, was it because you filed a claim for benefits under workers' compensation? If so, see a lawyer for employment discrimination too...if you had your unemployment stopped because you were approved for TTD, then TTD stopped, try to have the unemployment reinstated. If you already have a workers' compensation attorney, call them to ask them these questions, if they suggest that you get help from another attorney for unemployment and/or for employment discrimination, then set up an appointment for a consultation. There is really no excuse for not taking advantage of a FREE initial consultation.
