How to legally operate as an Automobile broker in Sarasota, Florida

I am an AutoBroker under the license of a Dealership in Sarasota, Florida. I can access auctions and purchase vehicles. The vehicles are then titled to the Dealership I'm a broker of. I can then sell the vehicle under the dealers license and transfer title to the customer. I want to sell to customers, do the paperwork at the dealership (without them present for ebay or local sales), and deliver the car to them. Many dealerships sell online, so that should be fine right? Is it legal to sell my "broker services" to customers locally and do the paperwork/accept cash and deliver to their home without having them meet a the dealership? Basically, they come to my office (not dealership) and utilize me to broker a deal between them and the dealership without going to the dealership and I deliver
