I have H1B-2015 approved as counselor processing. My L1B and I-94 expires on March 7th, and I have completed 3 years on L1B. My L1B to H1B conversion (premium processing filed on Feb 25th )still pending with USCIS. can I stay after march 7th in USA with out working till my H1b conversion completion. If I stay after my i-94 and visa expiry, will it impact in future for my green card processing. Please note my L1B and H1B with the same employer.

You can remain in the U.S. while the Change of Status to H-1B is pending, but cannot work until the H-1B petition is approved.

Seek proper guidance from the attorney filing the petition in your behalf.

You technically do not have legal status while waiting on a change of status. But there are other issues that are more important about your situation which I assume you have discussed with the hospital's or nonprofit's and your lawyer.
