No, I assume you mean the age of consent to be 19 in Nebraska. He/she could ge into trouble if they were doing illegal things prior to the age of consent, say If she is 19 & he is only 14.

Dating is one thing, but a person under 16 years of age cannot consent to sexual contact as a matter for law in Nebraska. The old joke that 15 will get you 20 is in fact, no joke.
