Invasion of Privacy
I saw the 'love letters' between my spouse and her partner on her iphone and we are getting divorced. I was trying to use the 'love letters' to prove it is an affair but my spouse is threatening me that she will sue me for 'invasion of privacy'. What should I do? Thanks
