I got terminated in February 5, 2015 for last semester fall 2014. I also apply opt jan 8, 2015. And my girl friend she in 23 weeks pregnant. She also international student. I submit reinstatment they tell me that it will take one year. My country situation is not good now. Can I apply for asylm and take semester off from the college. My financial is not good. Because my gf she don't have money and me too. She kick out from her sister house. Can anyone give me any idea. Thank you
