Can Non custodial parent post a picture of the child they didn't take?

Custodial Interference 8 views 2 answers
My boyfriends daughter mom keep stealing my pictures off my Facebook as her own. She has no custody. She also has no visitation. She crops her daughter out of my pics of my our family and has token pics that of just her. Anyway we can stop her? She hasnt seen her daughter in 2 years.

More importantly, why are you allowing her to access your page? Why are you accessing her page? You have to realize that once YOU (not her) put those pictures out there, that ANYBODY can take them.

I agree with my colleague in asking why do you allow others to have access to your facebook page. Indeed, if this is brought before a judge, she or he will ask the same thing. You must do everything you can to solve the problem yourself before you ask the court to solve the problem. If you continue to allow access, I can imagine a court telling you that you brought this problem on yourself. Cut off access to everyone but you and see if the problem solves itself. Good luck.
