My ex husband has stopped paying alimony after only 4 payments. I need to file contempt but no one seems to want this case
He also has not made car pymt. In 2 months.

Has he told you why he stopped paying? The court can hold him in contempt if he has the ability to pay and is choosing not to pay.

There are forms you can get on-line, or at a self-help center, that may enable you to not need to have an attorney.

I can't imagine that a competent lawyer to whom you are willing to pay a fair fee would refuse a case where a guy has stopped paying support a court decided, just 4 months ago, that he could afford to pay. There must be more to this.
