What do I need to do to ensure that my interest in a prenumptual is protected?

I am currently seperated. We have a prenump that says in the event of divorce, a condo will be purchased for me to live in; paid in full. That value today is $190,000. My name does NOT appear on any of his property. My husband owns commercial property which includes a restaurant. The IRS is taking measures to collect back taxes on the restaurant. The State is taking measures to collect Rooms & Meals back taxes. He's in the process of refinancing the restaurant. All the properties he owns are collateral to the restaurant. I am currently living in one of his commercial properties.

You should make an appointment with a marital attorney in your area and have him or her review the prenuptial agreement and the facts in your case.
