I know this person but didn't have sex with her. I went to doctor appointment with her I ask the doctor when she conceded the baby her reply was May 5 2012. I know. She was seeing a guy look little like me and was seen in a night club with him night of 4 May 2012. When I ask her to let take the boys to do DNA exam she decline reply I'm going through child support that why I don't believe these boys are mine.
If she is going to try to get child support from you, then you will have the opportunity to take a DNA test. It's important that when you get served with the lawsuit that you state that you do not know if the boys are yours and request the DNA test.
You will have the opportunity before the family court that decides child support to contest the claim, and can demand testing. They will test you and the boys. You will have to pay for the testing, and if you cannot handle pro se (self) representation, you should go get an attorney. Do not avoid family court.

You should see a family law attorney. If you signed a voluntarily acknowledgment of paternity, by Fla. Stat,, you only have 60 days to rescind the patternity. Child Support will most likely aree to go outsie of th timefrme to obtain DNA results, but not a gurantee. See an attorney.
