I need to file an ex parte. What is the step by step procedure for doing this?
I have new evidence to present before a judge and I need to be heard immediately.

It depends on what kind of case it is. There's no "step by step" process for filing ex parte, but in order to do so, you have to clear an exceptionally high bar.
