Can I sue my ex boyfriend?

I have a T Mobile cell phone my ex and I have an family plan with him on there and it under my name. Today, he did Identify fraud on my account. Acting like he was me and wasnt. I called and cancel his phone, but he still has a bill. Since he did identify fraud i got a police report. Now what is my next steps so he can bill for his bill and get off my account. I live in Clarkston, GA and he lives in DC.
