You need to consult with an attorney. You sound like you are very close to being able to vacate your charges and maybe even seal your juvenile record. You may have to go to court and vacate the misdemeanor first, and then go to juvenile court after your misdemeanor is vacated.

The court clerk may have forms you can use to accomplish this, but if you have any doubt about what you're doing, you should consult an attorney. Check with the juvenile court as well as the District Court or Municipal Court where you go the misdemeanor. You might be able to find somebody to help prepare the forms for a more reasonable fee, if you're comfortable representing yourself in court.

You may be eligible for relief on both of these convictions. However, given that you are dealing with multiple offenses, and a juvenile offense, which can be a partiuclarly complex process, I would not attempt this process by myself and would instead hire a defense attorney in your area. Attorneys normally handle these types of matters for a fairly reasonable fee. Good luck.
