My property manager has given me some condescending advice, should I take it? He's suggesting I withhold rent. Please advise!

My lease says I get free wifi, it was removed after I moved in. I plan to move end of next month, at which time I will have spent a total of $570 for wifi out of pocket. They offered $250, I want $450 Letter from property manager: $250 was all they would agree to and you are asking for $450 so I guess you need to wait to receive your deposit back for 21 days minus any non normal wear and tear items. So, your position that you have taken and have received advice from your attorney is that you are owed $450 because you paid for something that was supposed to be paid for by management. So, if this is your position and you are confident in it then if it were me I would make that deduction from my rent as the law permits after providing all the proof (which I believe you have already done).

First, it violates the rules of the forum to include identifying information in your post. Second, you have already posted this question and received thorough answers from multiple attorneys. You risk an eviction plus attorney's fees and damage to your credit by withholding the wifi amount from the rent. You are far better served taking the matter to small claims.
