Does city vacating tenant from illegal unit make previous timely nonrenewal/vacate notice void?
Tenant was sent nonrenewal/vacate notice on 6 month lease more than 30 days in advance but city vacated them a few days later.

When you say the city vacated the tenant, do you mean the city asked you to leave and you left? Why are you worried about this given that Long Beach does not have a rent-control ordinance that provides for relocation funds to the tenants who must vacate due to a government order.
