What are his chances of being alone with his kid or having any say in decision making? Can he request a new psychosexual eval???

Father had psychosexual that came back saying he is sexually aroused by children, he's referred to sexual predator counseling. He has never gone, it has been a couple years. He has been trying to fight for full custody for years. Currently has supervised visits.

Based on your side of the story, I would say his chances are slim to none. But there is always another side to the story. However, the fact that he currently has supervised visits means the judge must have thought that the it was in the child's best interests not to be alone with the father.

Under the circumstances as you describe them, it does not seem that he will have anything more than supervised visits. He can request a new psychosexual eval, particularly if the one you described happened a long time ago or if he has gone through therapy/counseling. Even if he does get a new psychosexual eval, you can still bring up the prior one and the Judge would have to decide that based on all of the evidence, your child would not be at risk if he had unsupervised timesharing with the child. As far as decision making - parental responsibility - the Judge needs to find that it would be detrimental to the child for the parents to have shared parental responsibility. If the Judge finds that to be the case, then the Judge can order Sole Parental Responsibility and give only one parent decision making authority.
