I have a question about disclosure of post judgment interrogatories by opposing counsel to a 3rd party.

One of our clients answered them (all financial information, tax returns, etc) then handed them over to opposing counsel in a different case where we represent the same defendant. Is this a violation of ethics rules? Are financial interrogatories not protected without a protective order? Thank you for your opinion.

Your question is difficult to follow. It is unclear who the players are. If you are representing clients in litigation matters, does that mean that you are an attorney? Are you saying that you had a client who had control of your financial information? What you have posted does not make sense.
